Terms & Conditions

The product

The ebook is a digital PDF file. There is no physical product, subscription, or live session. Buying it is a one-time payment.

Pricing and payment

The price is shown on the website as approximately $5. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees and you will be charged ₹399 (INR) at checkout. All payments are handled securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Licence

When you buy the ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it. You may not:

• share, resell, or redistribute the ebook or your download link;
• upload it to file-sharing sites or public repositories;
• republish its content as your own.

Code examples in the ebook may be used freely in your own personal and commercial projects. All other content is copyright © Priyanka Sharma.

Disclaimer

The ebook is provided for educational purposes “as is”. AI tools and APIs change quickly, so some details may become outdated. We are not responsible for any loss arising from the use of the information or code in the ebook, including costs incurred on third-party services such as Google Cloud.

Changes

We may update these policies from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Payment details: when you buy, Razorpay collects your name, email and/or phone number and your payment information. We receive the payment ID, amount, status, and the contact details you entered at checkout, so we can confirm your purchase and help you if something goes wrong.
• Theme preference: your light/dark theme choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are visited. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information that identifies you.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

What we don't do

We do not store card or bank details, sell your data, send marketing emails without your consent, or use advertising trackers.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider.

Your rights

To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email lassiecoder@gmail.com.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the ebook is a digital product that is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the ebook has been downloaded. Please read the description on the website carefully before buying.

When you can get a refund

• You paid but have not downloaded the ebook yet, and you ask for a refund by email.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment).
• The payment went through but you could not access the download, and we are unable to fix it.

How to request one

Email lassiecoder@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID (shown on the thank-you page and in Razorpay's payment confirmation email). Approved refunds are made to your original payment method and usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Once a payment is refunded, its download link stops working.

Cancellation

Orders are completed instantly at payment, so they cannot be cancelled afterwards. If you close the payment window before paying, no order is placed and you are not charged.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The ebook is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Delivery is instant: after a successful payment you are taken to a page with your download button.
• The ebook downloads as a PDF file that you can read on any device.
• Bookmark the thank-you page. Your download link is personal and keeps working, so you can download the ebook again at any time.

If you paid but did not reach the download page, or the download does not work, email lassiecoder@gmail.com with your payment ID and we'll send you a working link.
